To qualify you need to be: - Under 20 years old as of this September 1st - A resident of Kalamazoo County, or the areas of Mendon, Athens, Colon, Centreville, or Mattawan - Without a high school diploma or GED - Accepted through an interview process - Able to get to Vicksburg at least twice a week
